We may not be professional racing drivers (though we wish we were), but we've been dedicated to the passion and sport for years. That means we understand car enthusiasts inside and out.

Our passion for cars goes beyond just watching the F1 on the weekend. We're ridiculously enthusiastic about the products we offer in our store. We carefully curate our selection to ensure that every item we advertise is of the highest quality and designed to help all car enthusiasts in the best way possible.

Delivery Time

Our shipping is shipped with trusted partners. 

Some order times may vary due to some products being custom made pieces. We will aways do our up-most to provide you with regular updates on your purchased products.

Returns

At Spoiler Shelf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review our Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

NOTE: We are a UK company. You may have to pay duty fees upon delivery of your parcel. We will not accept any returns on any items that are being refused due to having to pay duty fees.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We Cannot process a refund without receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund of the paid product price, we will also pay the return shipping costs for the item. You will not be refunded for the shipping you paid in the first instance.

6. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at with your order number to request a cancellation.

8. Statutory Rights:

  • This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
